What do I do if my product has a quality issue?

We're sorry to hear that you received a product with a quality issue!  We take pride in the quality of our products. But with each product being handmade we do understand that sometimes quality issues happen.  Please email a photo, your order number, and a description of the issue to customercare@ssekodesigns.com and we will send a separate shipping label to return the item on us!
