How do I return my custom sandals?

  • All customized sandals will have a 90-day warranty, which is for replacements due to quality issues (product is defective) only.
  • If the custom product is returned due to a quality issue approved by HQ, compensation will be in the form of Sseko credit.
  • We won’t accept returns for issues with sizing (must read size guide carefully before purchase!)
