How do I make changes to my coffee subscription?

You are in control of your subscription!  At any time, you can update the following subscription preferences through your account settings:

  • Number of bags per delivery
  • Shipping frequency
  • Shipping Address changes
  • Payment method changes
  • Pause or cancel your subscription

To make these changes through your account, please follow this process:

  1. Login to your Customer Account
  2. Select the "Gear" Icon (see below) on the top right corner of the website

  3. In Your Customer Back Office, select "My Subscriptions"

  4. Utilize this page to change the quantity, frequency, payment info, and shipping info. You can also pause your subscription by selecting the box provided. Don't forget to save any changes!

Note on Shipping Frequency Updates:
When changing the shipping frequency, you must also change the Next Order Date section. (screenshot below)

How to Cancel:

First, please review our cancellation policy:

Subscription members can cancel their coffee subscription(s) at any time before their next subscription order has been processed by selecting the "Cancel Subscription" button within your subscription settings (see process below). All processed subscription orders are final and non-refundable. Note: Your next processing date is the “Next Order Date” in your subscription settings. For more information about how to view this date, please review the process above.

To cancel your subscription manually, select the "Cancel Subscription" button located in the Subscription section of your Back Office: 

Note: Once you cancel a subscription, it cannot be undone. To enroll for a new subscription, you can purchase a new subscription through our main website.

Note for 4lb Subscriptions:If you wish to cancel your 4lb subscription, you will need to cancel your Good Newspaper subscription which is processed separately (see screenshot above for an example)
